Cooking has long been considered an essential skill mastered by women across generations. From ancient times to modern kitchens, women have played an important role in making cooking an unbeatable art. Traditional cuisine passed down from grandmothers to mothers showcase the richness of cooking.

Cooking is not just about mixing ingredients, it requires precisiondetailed understanding of flavours and knowledge of seasonal ingradients. Cooking is not just about feeding a family, it requires patience, time management, and problem-solving. Women who cook not only provide nourishment but also create bonds within families. The home-cooked meals strengthen relationships of love.

Cooking involves all the phases that one need to execute a project: a proper Planning, Preparing (in a given time frame with daily targets and lots of expectations) and Presenting (a big challenge). So one should never underestimate the housewife, she can be called the Queen of the kitchen, with a special skill that adds beautiful contributions of woman to society.

Cooking for kids is a big challenge now a days as it requires one to innovate instant recipes for tiffin, sometimes fusion recipes, sometimes trying recipes from internet, sometimes trying recipes described by friends.......

Just like an artist painting a masterpiece, a woman in the kitchen crafts dishes that appeal to taste, aroma, and presentation.

Whether in royal kitchens or simple homes, each recipe carries a unique touch.

Moreover, cooking has become a career path for many women. Female chefs as well as male chefs now a days prove that cooking is more than a household duty, it is an art that can lead to global recognition.

Everyone regardless of gender can rule the kitchen with skills and passion. But those who experience the flavour of the recipes, please do appreciate the skills of cooking and value it, it will boost moto of cooking.

Whether as a homemaker or a professional chef, a woman’s touch in the kitchen remains irreplaceable.

KIDS : Our reflection, Our Responsibility

Friends, can we spare sometime and go back to our childhood....  The fun days we had, stress-free environment we lived, friend circle we had, level of communication we had with our family, games we used to play with our parents and lot many things.....  We did not have so many exposures but yes, the freedom (stress-free) to play and study. We did not have many activities around but still exposure with no competition around.  We did not have too many tuitions but still had professionals and skilled people around.  Feel so nice to think of all this.  BUT  Are we as parents really providing the same environment to our kids? They are always loaded with too much of competition, too many challenges, too many exams and evaluations, too many tuitions. It's an environment full of stress. Its good sometimes to have competition but everything in excess is harmful. Friends it's taking away their childhood. CHILDHOOD COMES ONLY ONCE LET's NOT SPOIL IT... LET THEM ENJOY...

International Mother Language day (21 feb) : માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ

Friends, tomorrow is International Mother language day , on this occasion i would like to ask that, when our child speaks English fluently we feel proud but at the same time when he/she cannot even utter a word in our mother tongue why are we not feeling shameful?  It's good and necessary to know fluent English but at the same time it's equally important to know fluent reading and writing of our mother tongue.  Mother tongue is our pride. માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ છે. 21મી ફેબ્રુઆરી આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય માતૃભાષા દિવસ તરીકે ઉજવવામાં આવે છે.
