Unlock OTPs of Life : For HAPPINESS

Today in the digital world, OTP (One-Time Password) is a crucial security measure that unlocks your trasactions and makes your task successful.

But friends have we ever thought that if such OTPs (“One-Time Principles”) if applied to our life can bring us happiness?

"Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony."

– Mahatma Gandhi

Happiness is what boosts Health. So friends let's work on it.
Here is the OTP of happy life i could think of :

Optimistic    : Hopeful and Positive
By maintaining a positive outlook, we can look at challenges as opportunities or learning experiece. This will also open doors to personal growth and long-term happiness. This might take you away from the feeling of failure and comparison.

Thankful        : Expressing appreciation.
Appreciation is a magical tool but rare to find in people now a days. When we appreciate others, it helps you focus on positivity instead of focusing on what we lack. A thankful heart attracts more positivity and strengthens the relationships. This in turn will make life better and happy too.

Science say that helping others releases oxytocin, the "feel-good" hormone.

Playful            Light-hearted
Being playful means having a lighthearted attitude with fun and humor into daily life. It also helps you get engage in activities that bring joy and laughter. This can significantly contribute to a happy life by reducing stress and promoting positive emotions.

So the message here is:
Be Optimistic, Thankful, Playful ( OTP of life for happiness) in life,
let's name it HOTP ( Happiness OTP).

The big difference in digital-world OTP and OTP of life is that OTP of life can be shared with others.

KIDS : Our reflection, Our Responsibility

Friends, can we spare sometime and go back to our childhood....  The fun days we had, stress-free environment we lived, friend circle we had, level of communication we had with our family, games we used to play with our parents and lot many things.....  We did not have so many exposures but yes, the freedom (stress-free) to play and study. We did not have many activities around but still exposure with no competition around.  We did not have too many tuitions but still had professionals and skilled people around.  Feel so nice to think of all this.  BUT  Are we as parents really providing the same environment to our kids? They are always loaded with too much of competition, too many challenges, too many exams and evaluations, too many tuitions. It's an environment full of stress. Its good sometimes to have competition but everything in excess is harmful. Friends it's taking away their childhood. CHILDHOOD COMES ONLY ONCE LET's NOT SPOIL IT... LET THEM ENJOY...

International Mother Language day (21 feb) : માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ

Friends, tomorrow is International Mother language day , on this occasion i would like to ask that, when our child speaks English fluently we feel proud but at the same time when he/she cannot even utter a word in our mother tongue why are we not feeling shameful?  It's good and necessary to know fluent English but at the same time it's equally important to know fluent reading and writing of our mother tongue.  Mother tongue is our pride. માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ છે. 21મી ફેબ્રુઆરી આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય માતૃભાષા દિવસ તરીકે ઉજવવામાં આવે છે.
