Be Like Salt: Quietly Powerful, Gently Essential

What a beautiful and wise thought......

"Be like salt — present just enough to be essential, never too much to be taken for granted, and never so little to be ignored."

means,

Try to build your personality like salt. People have habit of taking you for granted if you are always good to them. So never let anyone overuse you. At the same time, don’t be so absent that they forget your worth.

Like salt, which enhances flavour without overpowering, one's influence should be significant but not overwhelming.

  • Salt is very essential element of our food. It's colour is white, it is a symbol of purity. Keep your heart pure, no negativity.
  • Salt has nature of free flowing and a good solvent too, it's a symbol of being flexible in life.
  • Little bit salt adds flavour to food, like-wise our presence should add flavour in the relationship.
  • Salt is a good preservative, like-wise our presence should protect our kids, our family.

  • Salt is believed to absorb negativity. Just as it purify our surroundings, may we too cleanse ourselves of negative thoughts and radiate positivity to those around us.

  • Just as salt helps ice maintain its coldness and stability under pressure, we too should learn to stay composed and steady during challenging times , not losing our cool, but supporting balance in ourselves and those around us.

The message here is:

Live with intention and balance.

Be a positive influence like salt: strengthening, protecting, and uplifting others. This builds true connections and lasting influence. In short, "be like salt": act with purpose, stay humble, and choose wisely so your presence genuinely enriches others’ lives.

KIDS : Our reflection, Our Responsibility

Friends, can we spare sometime and go back to our childhood....  The fun days we had, stress-free environment we lived, friend circle we had, level of communication we had with our family, games we used to play with our parents and lot many things.....  We did not have so many exposures but yes, the freedom (stress-free) to play and study. We did not have many activities around but still exposure with no competition around.  We did not have too many tuitions but still had professionals and skilled people around.  Feel so nice to think of all this.  BUT  Are we as parents really providing the same environment to our kids? They are always loaded with too much of competition, too many challenges, too many exams and evaluations, too many tuitions. It's an environment full of stress. Its good sometimes to have competition but everything in excess is harmful. Friends it's taking away their childhood. CHILDHOOD COMES ONLY ONCE LET's NOT SPOIL IT... LET THEM ENJOY...

International Mother Language day (21 feb) : માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ

Friends, tomorrow is International Mother language day , on this occasion i would like to ask that, when our child speaks English fluently we feel proud but at the same time when he/she cannot even utter a word in our mother tongue why are we not feeling shameful?  It's good and necessary to know fluent English but at the same time it's equally important to know fluent reading and writing of our mother tongue.  Mother tongue is our pride. માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ છે. 21મી ફેબ્રુઆરી આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય માતૃભાષા દિવસ તરીકે ઉજવવામાં આવે છે.
