The 3 Pillars of Success: Support, Skill, and Struggle

Success = Support + Skill + Struggle

Success a milestone, a dream, an achievement, a target whatever you call it. It's YOU who succeed but never forget friends first S of success is always SUPPORT.

First S of success:

Support: Success begins with a strong foundation of Support. Support of family, friends, colleagues, neighbours and well-wishers. Support can be in terms of moral support, emotional support, financial support from family, friends, colleagues etc.  Beyond external support the most crucial but often overlooked factor is support of inner strength.

Together these forms of support create a safety net that helps us rise during challenges and thrive on our journey to success.

Second S of success:

Skill: Skill is the tool that empowers us. Skills is our knowledge, talent, and continuous learning that shape our journey and sharpen our edge. Our brain, a true gift from God, holds the incredible ability to learn and grow at any age. Learning is not a destination but a lifelong journey, one that fuels our mind and keeps us moving forward.

Now we all are blessed with technology, tools and resources so upgrade your skills on continuous basis. It is never too late to start learning.

Keep upgrading your skills regularly, because it’s never too late to start. Skill is your fuel on the road to success — the more you refine it, the farther you'll go.

Third S of success:

Struggle: Struggle is the hurdles that we face in the journey to success, the challenges and failures that should push us to grow. Struggle is essential part for growth. Each obstacle is an opportunity to learn, adapt, and rise stronger. At every stage, take a moment to appreciate how far you’ve come, and let your focus remain firmly on your goal.

Struggle shapes character and ultimately adds depth to your success story.

I am sure there are many hidden S in success like self-discipline, strategy, simplicity, smart-work, sacrifice, self-awareness etc...  These qualities often quietly shape our journey. But in the end, it’s up to you to choose which ones to adopt and how to apply them. It's YOU who can make YOU succeed.

Many a times the word itself speaks a lot. The real power lies in how we interpret it and act upon it.

With the equation: Success = Support + Skill + Struggle

Wishing all a great success in the path of success. Whether you are a child exploring the world, a dedicated housewife, a career woman, a passionate student, a nurturing mother or a wise grandmother, path to success is same.... After all, success isn't defined by roles — it’s defined by purpose, passion, and persistence.

So keep learning, keep focusing on your definition of success.

Together, these three S can create the path to true and lasting journey of SucceSS

And here I would like to make an important announcement that while writing articles on diverse topics i landed up writing one book 📚 which I have published recently on various platforms. This is my first book.  With blessings of God and elders , wishes of all well-wishers and inspiration of all my readers, I could make this happen. The title of the book is:   " AI, The silent partner of our life",  AI and US, Rising the future.   The book is an eye-opener for all age groups. KIDS : Our reflection, Our Responsibility

Friends, can we spare sometime and go back to our childhood....  The fun days we had, stress-free environment we lived, friend circle we had, level of communication we had with our family, games we used to play with our parents and lot many things.....  We did not have so many exposures but yes, the freedom (stress-free) to play and study. We did not have many activities around but still exposure with no competition around.  We did not have too many tuitions but still had professionals and skilled people around.  Feel so nice to think of all this.  BUT  Are we as parents really providing the same environment to our kids? They are always loaded with too much of competition, too many challenges, too many exams and evaluations, too many tuitions. It's an environment full of stress. Its good sometimes to have competition but everything in excess is harmful. Friends it's taking away their childhood. CHILDHOOD COMES ONLY ONCE LET's NOT SPOIL IT... LET THEM ENJOY...

International Mother Language day (21 feb) : āŠŪાāŠĪૃāŠાāŠ·ા āŠ†āŠŠāŠĢું āŠ—ૌāŠ°āŠĩ

Friends, tomorrow is International Mother language day , on this occasion i would like to ask that, when our child speaks English fluently we feel proud but at the same time when he/she cannot even utter a word in our mother tongue why are we not feeling shameful?  It's good and necessary to know fluent English but at the same time it's equally important to know fluent reading and writing of our mother tongue.  Mother tongue is our pride. āŠŪાāŠĪૃāŠાāŠ·ા āŠ†āŠŠāŠĢું āŠ—ૌāŠ°āŠĩ āŠ›ે. 21āŠŪી āŠŦેāŠŽ્āŠ°ુāŠ†āŠ°ી āІંāŠĪāŠ°āŠ°ાāŠ·્āŠŸ્āŠ°ીāŠŊ āŠŪાāŠĪૃāŠાāŠ·ા āŠĶિāŠĩāŠļ āŠĪāŠ°ીāŠ•ે āŠ‰āŠœāŠĩāŠĩાāŠŪાં āŠ†āŠĩે āŠ›ે.
