Badminton – A Game Beyond the Court

Badminton – A Game Beyond the Court

Badminton is not just about smashing the shuttle or chasing points. It is a game of spirit, focus, judgment, energy and coordination. Every game, in fact, carries its own importance and its own unique level of challenge.

Today, while playing 🏸 with my son, I realized something profound,  a game is not merely a physical activity. It mirrors our mental state, emotional stability, comfort in our own zone, coordination with our partner or opponent, our dreams, and even our values.

When we play with high morale, true sportsmanship, and wholehearted participation, winning becomes an achievement to celebrate,

BUT

Losing should not become a setback.

Instead it should transform into a lesson, an opportunity to learn, to improve, and to prepare ourselves for the next stage.

Every game played with joy leaves us stronger than before.

The final score may decide the trophy in a competition, but the journey during play builds the inner trophies of life : Inner strength, Patience, Teamwork, Simplicity, and Respectfulness. These are our internal milestones and they matter too.

For me, these milestones spell GOLD:

Good

Opportunity

in Learning

to reach our Dreams...

If we approach every game, every competition, and even every challenge in life with this GOLD mindset, we will always be winners.

Because winning is not just about crossing the finish line first, it is about becoming a better version of ourselves through the process.

So, whether on the badminton court or in the game of life, play with joy, give your best, and remember , the result is a milestone, but the journey is the real reward.

KIDS : Our reflection, Our Responsibility

Friends, can we spare sometime and go back to our childhood....  The fun days we had, stress-free environment we lived, friend circle we had, level of communication we had with our family, games we used to play with our parents and lot many things.....  We did not have so many exposures but yes, the freedom (stress-free) to play and study. We did not have many activities around but still exposure with no competition around.  We did not have too many tuitions but still had professionals and skilled people around.  Feel so nice to think of all this.  BUT  Are we as parents really providing the same environment to our kids? They are always loaded with too much of competition, too many challenges, too many exams and evaluations, too many tuitions. It's an environment full of stress. Its good sometimes to have competition but everything in excess is harmful. Friends it's taking away their childhood. CHILDHOOD COMES ONLY ONCE LET's NOT SPOIL IT... LET THEM ENJOY...

International Mother Language day (21 feb) : માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ

Friends, tomorrow is International Mother language day , on this occasion i would like to ask that, when our child speaks English fluently we feel proud but at the same time when he/she cannot even utter a word in our mother tongue why are we not feeling shameful?  It's good and necessary to know fluent English but at the same time it's equally important to know fluent reading and writing of our mother tongue.  Mother tongue is our pride. માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ છે. 21મી ફેબ્રુઆરી આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય માતૃભાષા દિવસ તરીકે ઉજવવામાં આવે છે.
