Diwali Cleaning — A Reflection Beyond Dust

“Cleanliness is next to Godliness.”

We’ve all heard this since childhood, and as women, we try our best to maintain cleanliness alongwith our daily responsibilities. But when it comes to Diwali cleaning, the experience feels truly different.

During this festive season, we clean every corner of our home — sometimes even things we know we no longer use. Yet, we hold on to them because they carry memories. Each item takes us down memory lane, bringing back smiles and warmth. And that’s perfectly fine, friends — memories are precious. But let’s remember to keep only a few. After all, if we don’t make space, how will we create new memories for our children?

Cleaning may bring tiredness, but when done together with family or kids, it turns into fun and laughter. And yes, sometimes we even find those long-lost things we were searching for — another little joy of Diwali cleaning!

But beyond the physical cleaning, let’s also focus on cleansing our inner world. Just as we remove dust from our homes, we should also remove negativity and stress from our hearts. Inner cleaning, like outer cleaning, may need the right tools — positivity, self-reflection, and sometimes the support of loved ones.

So this Diwali, let’s clean not just our surroundings but also our minds and souls.

Let’s make space for good thoughts, kind relationships, and new beginnings.

A small thought, but one that comes straight from the heart -

As we clean our homes this Diwali, let’s also shine from within.

KIDS : Our reflection, Our Responsibility

Friends, can we spare sometime and go back to our childhood....  The fun days we had, stress-free environment we lived, friend circle we had, level of communication we had with our family, games we used to play with our parents and lot many things.....  We did not have so many exposures but yes, the freedom (stress-free) to play and study. We did not have many activities around but still exposure with no competition around.  We did not have too many tuitions but still had professionals and skilled people around.  Feel so nice to think of all this.  BUT  Are we as parents really providing the same environment to our kids? They are always loaded with too much of competition, too many challenges, too many exams and evaluations, too many tuitions. It's an environment full of stress. Its good sometimes to have competition but everything in excess is harmful. Friends it's taking away their childhood. CHILDHOOD COMES ONLY ONCE LET's NOT SPOIL IT... LET THEM ENJOY...

International Mother Language day (21 feb) : માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ

Friends, tomorrow is International Mother language day , on this occasion i would like to ask that, when our child speaks English fluently we feel proud but at the same time when he/she cannot even utter a word in our mother tongue why are we not feeling shameful?  It's good and necessary to know fluent English but at the same time it's equally important to know fluent reading and writing of our mother tongue.  Mother tongue is our pride. માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ છે. 21મી ફેબ્રુઆરી આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય માતૃભાષા દિવસ તરીકે ઉજવવામાં આવે છે.
