Personality: Your Silent Signature

Personality:

A very offen used word in our conversation.

We say - "his personality is impressive, he has great personality, his personality is decent ......"

But friends do you know what a personality means exactly. Let me explain you in my words as per my understanding.

The relationship

between

Thoughts,

Emotions and

Behaviour

is what combines and make our personality.

These three aspects are deeply interconnected and influence each other continuously.

Thoughts (Cognitive Aspect)

+

Emotions (Affective Aspect)

+

Behaviour (Action Aspect)

Thoughts are how we interpret situations, people and events. They include beliefs, assumptions, self-talk and expectations. Thoughts are often based on past experiences.

Emotions are the feelings that arise from our thoughts. Common emotions are happiness, fear, anger, sadness, pride, guilt etc. Emotions give energy to our actions.

Behaviour is how we act or react in response to thoughts and emotions. It includes actions, speech, body language and habits.

These three elements form a continuous loop. This consistent behaviour becomes habits what we call a personality.

If you are very conscious about personality change, see the pattern here-

In the Thought–Emotion–Behaviour Cycle, Changing thoughts can improve emotions. Managing emotions helps regulate actions.

Modifying behaviour can gradually change thinking patterns which in turn can help you change your personality.

Thats why:

Positive and healthy thoughts can shape a strong personality.

Simple Real-Life Example

A student facing an exam:

Negative thought: “I’m not good at this subject.”

Emotion: Stress

Behaviour: Not studying

Outcome: Poor performance → belief confirmed

If the thought changes to:

“I can improve with practice.”

Emotion: Hope

Behaviour: Regular study

Outcome: Better performance.

By consciously working on thoughts, managing emotions and improving behaviour, anyone can develop a balanced and confident personality.

Now sit back and define your  'PERSONALITY' and work on it if required.

Thanks.

My First Book: My Jounrney from article 1 to article 50...

An article with celebration : 50 it is not just a number of this article , it's a milestone, a journey, an experience and learning too.... Yes friends, this is my 50th article. And here I would like to make an important announcement that while writing articles on diverse topics i landed up writing one book 📚 which I have published recently on various platforms. This is my first book.  With blessings of God and elders , wishes of all well-wishers and inspiration of all my readers, I could make this happen. The title of the book is:   " AI, The silent partner of our life",  AI and US, Rising the future.   The book is an eye-opener for all age groups. The book is about Artificial intelligence and Us.  It  explores the role of artificial Intelligence / technology in shaping the way we live, learn, work and connect.  This book serves as a valuable resource for us, simplifying the complexities of raising children in today's world. The book also highlights o...

KIDS : Our reflection, Our Responsibility

Friends, can we spare sometime and go back to our childhood....  The fun days we had, stress-free environment we lived, friend circle we had, level of communication we had with our family, games we used to play with our parents and lot many things.....  We did not have so many exposures but yes, the freedom (stress-free) to play and study. We did not have many activities around but still exposure with no competition around.  We did not have too many tuitions but still had professionals and skilled people around.  Feel so nice to think of all this.  BUT  Are we as parents really providing the same environment to our kids? They are always loaded with too much of competition, too many challenges, too many exams and evaluations, too many tuitions. It's an environment full of stress. Its good sometimes to have competition but everything in excess is harmful. Friends it's taking away their childhood. CHILDHOOD COMES ONLY ONCE LET's NOT SPOIL IT... LET THEM ENJOY...

International Mother Language day (21 feb) : માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ

Friends, tomorrow is International Mother language day , on this occasion i would like to ask that, when our child speaks English fluently we feel proud but at the same time when he/she cannot even utter a word in our mother tongue why are we not feeling shameful?  It's good and necessary to know fluent English but at the same time it's equally important to know fluent reading and writing of our mother tongue.  Mother tongue is our pride. માતૃભાષા આપણું ગૌરવ છે. 21મી ફેબ્રુઆરી આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય માતૃભાષા દિવસ તરીકે ઉજવવામાં આવે છે.
