Holi and Life: A Beautiful Reflection Holi is not just a festival of colours it is a reflection of life itself. The different colours of Holi symbolize the various emotions we go through in life: joy, sorrow, care, love, happiness and challenges. Every emotion has its own importance and its own beauty. The festival also reminds us of letting go. Just as we wash away the colours after playing, we should frequently  clear our hearts of negativity and fears. Maintaining OUR Memory in the Technology World

Scientists have discovered that our memory capacity isn't fixed but rather malleable like plastic ( Neuroplasticity )  In today's digital era technology has transformed the way we store, access and calculate our information. The traditional methods of maintaining and memorizing data has almost vanished.  The way we used to maintain phone diary , write notes , maintain folders of important documents, store educational records in a file was completely a difference experience. Now we have lots of data available  easily in almost no time.  However, while technology offers convenience, it also raises concerns about  memory retention and cognitive abilities .  Today smart devices has led to a phenomenon known as   digital amnesia  ( a dependency on technology for remembering information instead of using our own cognitive skills ) .  As we increasingly rely on digital tools, its essential to keep our memory intact so that we do not lose to retain an...
